Travel o BookIn recommending going through the Our T & C before access any information and more importantly, before booking with TOB. By accessing TOB, you agree to be bound by below given T & C. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you are requesting you to do not proceed further.
By accessing TOB website, you are agreeing to acknowledge that we may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, without giving any prior notice. Travel o Bookin also advises Customer to go through the T & C of airlines that Customer decide to book. If you wish to proceed further, following are terms or our services mentioned.
REFUND
In TOB Refund time for all cancellation made with 1 day or 24 HRS of Flight booking will be take 48-72 hours. In case of an urgent refund request, you should contact you our customer Support team they will provide you exact time and process of refund.
If a cancellation is made directly with the specific airlines customer have to informed Travel O Bookin & an Ticket amount equal to the base air fare after our service fee and taxes, will be refunded by Travel O Bookin.
FLIGHT FARES & BOOKING
Flight fares are not guaranteed until PNR not generated or Booked and may change without any prior notice to customer because fares are random and it’s all about time.
If the destination fares are no more available, TOB provide customer alternate options. Customer has all the rights to cancel the reservation without any cost charged. After payment charged the tickets will be mailed to customers within 2 hours after realized full payment In case customer payment Method is declined or cancelled we will inform you at the same time via given email/phone. Please note extra charges may apply for using multiple cards or payment method.
Name changes in PNR are not permitted. If incase there is an error in the booking or ticket, the Traveller have to report it on the same day. Name changes, Date Change or any changes after booking or cancellation of PNR are different airlines by airline penalties rules, Customer Ticket refund time may vary by airlines to airlines. Usually we suggest our Travel Customer waiting time of 10-12 weeks for any refund amount to reflect in their Bank or Card account.
